Choose something important that you want to achieve this month. It can be anything. Family related, Fitness related, Health related, Work related…..just about anything you decide. It’s your goal.
Make it realistic and achievable but make sure it pushes you and is not so easy to achieve that you don’t have to put that extra effort in.
You can share it with others or simply keep it to yourself. But if you share it with others don’t listen to the inevitable naysayers who will come out of the woodwork and try to ridicule your goal or tell you it can’t be done. They’re simply worried that you’ll show them up and that you’re not doing what they would like you to do. Use their doubt to fuel your fire.
Now start taking one tiny step each day and then another tiny step the next day and the next and the next. Make sure you reflect at the end of each day at what you have achieved and taken a moment to pat yourself on the back and have a smile. Then get up the next day and do a little bit more.
Stick to this and by the end of the month you will be able to look back and see exactly what you can achieve by taking tiny steps.
